2. The service

Frontdoor lists residential property for sale across the UK. We provide tools (search, AI brief, offers, viewings, settings, identity check) to help buyers find and transact on a home.

3. Listings accuracy

Listings are uploaded by estate agents. We make reasonable efforts to verify content but make no warranty as to accuracy. Always confirm material details with the agent and your conveyancer before transacting.

4. Offers

Offers submitted via Frontdoor are subject to contract until exchange. They are not binding on you or the seller until contracts are exchanged through your conveyancer.

5. Acceptable use

Don't scrape the site, impersonate other users, or upload false listings. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Frontdoor is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
